Pity the Starving Waif [Recruit App 9]

I almost took pity on this girl and refrained from snapping a pic. Almost.
Apparently, she has become so destitute in SL that she’s had to resort to plying her trade in a well-known pickup spot in Amsterdam. I wanted to run around to all the available males in range and beg them to have mercy and hire her or at least buy her some pie. I do have to give her props, though, for being resourceful enough to cobble together a corset made from the tops of someone’s discarded sneakers. I think her fishnets might be spiderwebs leftover from halloween decorations. The icing, of course, is the blind air of confidence she’s wearing in knowing that she’s successfully passed off demo skin as the latest tattoo fad.
And then I spotted her cute, CUTE prim shoes. Dang, she might be starving, but the girl’s got her priorities straight!

I’ll give her props for economizing, but then again, black and blue only go together in a complete ensemble. i.e. the thong and garter should have gone with the corset top, or something like that. I’m not even going to comment on the demo skin.

Everything she’s wearing is free — if this girl had a thousand lindens or a couple of links to the good freebie blogs like Fabulously Free in SL, I bet she’d look great. Putting aside the addition of the demo skin, she obviously did a fair bit of sorting among the piles of free junk to put together what she did. Too bad for her the freebie girls didn’t get to her before the fashionistas did…
