I want to say I've seen that outfit somewhere before, but can't think of just where--and darn it, the white highlights are just that, highlights in the texture rather than any sort of text or logo that might help find the boot vendor. (Sorry; I'm under the influence of a CSI marathon.) One thing that does suggest Photoshopping is the loss of detail in the background; SL doesn't do depth of field or atmospheric blur, as you can see by your photo.
